Hi!I am 28 and i am looking for english speakers. My level is upper intermediate and i speak spanish and italian. I am tired of studying English and i would like to practise my English having some drinks, going to the cinema...
¿Necesitas habitación en Madrid?
A partir de febrero están disponibles dos habitaciones muy amplias en el barrio de Mirasierra con piscina para verano:
- una doble (con baño incluido) 400 €. Ideal para parejas.
- otra individual (con cama de 1,35 y escritorio) 355 €.
Los gastos de luz, agua, gas e Internet son aparte, suelen alcanzar los 40 € al mes.
La casa es muy amplia, sobre todo la cocina y el salón, y muy luminosa. En la urbanización hay piscina y jardín. La zona es muy tranquila, pero no está muerta.
Estamos al lado de una calle llena de bancos y de un mercadona. El metro de Mirasierra (nuevo) está a 5 minutos. Al lado, también tenemos paradas de autobús:
- El 133, que llega a Callao en 1/2 hora y pasa por Ciudad Universitaria
- El 178 ó el 134, que llega a Plaza Castilla en 15 minutos.
- El autobús nocturno, N23 (desde Cibeles) y para a 3 minutos de casa.
La plaza de garaje es opcional, suelen ser unos 100 €/mes. de todos modos, hay sitio de sobra para aparcar y no es zona de pago.
Soy una chica de 28 años y periodista, así que si eres extranjero te puedo ayudar con tu español!! La casa es mejor verla, a todo el que viene, le encanta.

Uno de mis compañero se marcha del piso y estamos buscando un companero o a nuevo.
El piso esta ubicado en el pleno centro de Madrid; 2 mins de Opera, 1 min de Santo Domingo y 2 mins de Callao. El piso tiene 4 dormitorios con 2 banos.

Hello! I am looking to improve my Spanish. I am a native English speaker from the United States who also has a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate from an academy here in Madrid. So teaching you English will be no problem!
