Hola, (see english below)

En mi piso van a quedar libres dos habitaciones amuebladas, una con cama sencilla (libre desde el 1 de abril) y otra con cama doble elevada (libre desde el 1 de julio), ambas con mesa escritorio, silla, armario y estanterías.

El piso es muy amplio y luminoso (adjunto fotos), con un salón enorme de 20m2, TV, internet inalámbrico (wifi), baño con bañera, cocina con todo(vitrocerámica, microoondas, lavadora,... incluso platos, sartenes, etc..) y una terraza-tendedero con sol de mañana. Suelos de parquet y calefacción individual de gas natural. El metro de Av. de la Paz (linea 4) está a 5 minutos andando y siempre hay sitio para aparcar a la puerta de casa, sin zona verde ni azul.

El barrio es Arturo Soria, tranquilo, con muchos jardines y bien comunicado.

El precio son 300€ (cama doble elevada) y 350€ (cama sencilla, pero habitación más amplia). Agua e internet incluidos en el precio. De gas y luz suelen llegar unos 10€ por persona al mes, es decir, poquito, pero no se incluye de forma simbólica para que la gente se acuerde de apagar las luces.

The apartment is exceptionally well connected by subway and bus, very close to the subway stations of Quevedo, Iglesia and Bilbao. Everything you need is close by, and it is very convenient for going out in the downtown area. You have best of both worlds: being downtown but without the traffic noises or narrow streets.
The roommates´ ages are from 24 to 30, young professionals, nice and helpful, two Spanish and one American.

Tenemos una habitación para alquilar en la Plaza Olavide, que es super céntrica, muy bonita y casi entera peatonal.
La habitación es de tamaño medio, la ventana da al patio interior del edificio. En total el piso tiene cuatro habitaciones. Hay dos cuartos de baño. El piso tiene todas las comodidades: wifi, aire acondicionado, parqué, etc El salón es muy amplio y da a la Plaza Olavide.
El piso está excelentemente comunicado por bus y metro, muy cerca de las estaciones de Bilbao, Quevedo e Iglesia. Tienes todo lo que necesitas cerca, y es muy conveniente para poder salir por el centro. Tienes a la vez lo mejor de estar en el centro, pero sin el agobio del trafico ni calles estrechas.
Los compañeros están entre los 24 y los 30, jóvenes profesionales, amigables y tranquilos, dos españoles y una americana.
El alquiler son 380 más gastos, y la fianza son 700.

** PRECIOS **

El precio de los cursos grupales es de 10 € / hora / persona, con un mínimo de 3 y un máximo de 6 participantes.

Las clases individuales tienen un coste de 20 euros / hora, con descuentos si se contratan 4 horas semanales o más. ¡Consúltanos!

** Matrícula **

Es importante saber que además del precio de las clases, cobramos una matrícula de 30 euros para todo el curso. Esta matrícula sirve para cubrir gastos de material y gestión, como compensación por si la persona decide no seguir con el curso en algún momento, y además como cuota de soci@, dando derecho a participar en nuestras actividades complementarias a precios reducidos.

Part time job in a Nursery School. The kids are adoreable and the main requirement is to be a female native english speaker. If the person has experience working with young kids, great, if not, the previous person on the job can stay on to help to train her. The nursery school is in a house, small family style setting, only 3 class rooms. The hours are 9:15 to 14:00.

hello Hallo Salut

I want to improve my english level B2, my French level B1-B2 and my German level B1-B2. I got my FCE at November 2011, but I would like to improve my spoken English. I would like to have a better level of English and get a CAE level or the best TOEFL level. I don't know anything about TOEFL exam, only about Cambridge exams and TOEIC exam. I 'm industrial engineer, but now I'm unemployed,I need this to have a good job and my native language es Spanish. I also speak French but this one I have to improve it too. I would like to speak French too. Now I'm taking German courses and so on it's the language that I'm practising now and i have to improve it too. I would like to speak German too. I'm a shy person, let me time to know us and we could speak about what you want and we could have fun. Looking forward to hearing from you. I'm looking for people to go to these exchange activities too because I wouldn't like to go alone to O'Neills or Beer's Station.
