if you want to live in a great neighborhood on a quiet street, my room will be available on July 1st, or as early as June 26th. Location is prime, a block away from C/ San Bernardo, Pez, & Espiritu Santu. Rent 335 euros a month, gastos are every other month and cost around 40-50 euros. Near metro lines 2, 10, & 3.
You'd get to live with 2 sweet Spanish girls, one is from Galicia and the other is from Granada, they either work or are in school. The flat is exterior & has many modern fixtures (dishwasher, oven, washer, etc). The room has it's own balcony, wardrobe, bed etc. love this house, but California is calling my name. send me a message if you or someone else is interested!

i am an english student doing a work placement in madrid. I am considering moving out of my homestay family in madrid for july and august so I can have a little more independence and mix a little more with young people( ideally spanish!) Please let me know if you already have a response!!
