Student's Bedroom with a balcony

The bedroom has a balcony and furniture. It has acess to a private bathroom . The building is in Gaia, a city close to Porto. Just in front of the building there are buses running , every 10 minutes, connecting to Porto. The underground station is 10 minutes walk. It links Porto most important Universities - Medicine, Economy, Engineering, Porto Polythecnic, Humanities, etc.
The building is 3 minutes distance from the central shopping center in Gaia, and from hipermarkets.
WIFI, UTILITY BILLS, are included in the rate. Friendly and helpful environment.- Just one person living in the flat, speaking english and french.
