Hi, guys!We have a room to rent in the Plaza Olavide, a very beautiful square in the center of Madrid (Bilbao, Quevedo and Iglesia metro stations)
It´s a double interior room, completely furnished. It has a big desk and an office chair, a good quality mattress on the beed, shelves, a big armoir, etc.
The room is to be rented during from 3 to 9 months, until the end of June at the most.
The apartment has in total 4 rooms. It has two toilets. The apartment has all the usual appliencies. It has wifi, air conditioning, wood floors, etc
It has a big living room that overlooks the Plaza de Olavide.
The apartment is exceptionally well connected, many bus lines and three metro stations very close (Quevedo, Bilbao, Iglesia)
The roommates´ ages are from 23 to 27, young professionals, nice and helpful.
The rent is 380 Euros plus utilities, which are around 40 euros, including a cleaning lady.
There is no deposit required.

Tenemos una habitación para alquilar en la Plaza Olavide, un enclave precioso en el centro de Madrid (metros Bilbao, Quevedo, Princesa).
La habitación es grande, interior, totalmente amueblada, tiene un escritorio grande, silla de oficina, colchón de calidad en la cama, estantería, armario grande, etc.
La habitación se alquila entre 3 y 9 meses, hasta final de Junio como máximo.
En total el piso tiene cuatro habitaciones. Hay dos cuartos de baños. El piso tiene todas las comodidades: wifi, aire acondicionado, parqué, etc El salón - comedor es muy amplio y da a la Plaza Olavide, que es una preciosa vista en pleno centro de Madrid.
El piso está excelentemente comunicado por bus y metro, entre estaciones de Bilbao, Quevedo e Iglesia.
Los compañeros están entre los 23 y los 27, jóvenes profesionales, amigables y tranquilos.
el alquiler son 380 más gastos, que rondan los 40 euros, contando con la señora de la limpieza que viene una vez por semana.
No hay fianza.
