Los traslados el día de llegada y salida también están incluidos, desde Betanzos o desde La Coruña.

Ruta de senderismo litoral partiendo de Mugardos hasta cabo Segaño pasando por el castillo de la Palma y Montefaro (262 m.) con vistas sobre las rías de Ares y Ferrol.

Visita a San Andrés de Teixido, recorriendo a pié la última parte de la antigua ruta de peregrinación. Luego nos acercaremos a los acantilados de Herbeira, de 613 m. de altura sobre el mar.

Ruta en bici de media jornada por el Camino de Santiago, Camino Inglés.

Yoga en inglés.

Ruta en kayak por la costa partiendo de la playa de Miño, si las condiciones del mar no lo permitieran la haremos por el río Mandeo, cruzando la villa medieval de Betanzos.

Todas estas rutas son asequibles para todo el mundo, sin importar la condición física.

(Si el tiempo estuviese demasiado caluroso o desapacible, podremos sustituir alguna de las actividades por una visita en coche a otros lugares de interés en la zona).

First, trekking/visit in Cercedilla or, if you prefer, summer refreshing bath at natural pools among forests.
It's just the calm before war: we'll be heading to Collado Mediano in the afternoon and making 2 groups (America vs Europe, Third World vs 1st World, Spain vs Rest of the World, Women vs Men...) for a paintball battle.

For us the price of 200 balls Paintball Game is (+ bus Madrid-Cercedilla-Collado-Madrid) = 24€ until Thursday, 28€ if you pay on Friday or later.
If you want to experience a paintball battle, this is the ocasion. The price we got is super reduced, just check the paintball prices on internet).

The plan is as follows:
-12h, Sunday 1st: Bus leaves from Plaza de España (left side, end of Gran Vía on your back).
-12:45h, arrival at Cercedilla and Las Dehesas valley, 3 options:
·Walk and tapas in the village.
·Trekking in the valley along the Roman way.
·Piscinas naturales (river pool) de Las Berceas.
-17:30h, we'll be leaving to Megacampo Battle Camp.

The calm AFTER the tomate storm can be found, in the afternoon, in relaxing siesta and bath in the gorgeus Contreras Lake (Cuenca), Río Tajo.
The plan is as follows:
-Bus leaves at Wednesday 3:15m from Neptuno square. For the ones attending the weekly O’Neill’s Tuesday Language Exchange, we all can meet there starting at 10pm, it’s very close.
We’re leaving very early, however doing it later might mean finding all Buñol full, so missing la Tomatina.
-In Buñol in the morning, Palo Jamón (cucaña competition pre-Tomatina) and other fiesta stuff previous to Tomatina.
-11h: the tomato battle starts!!!
-12h: Washing ourselves with hoses that locals provide.
-We can have lunch somewhere or buying food to make a picnic on the river later.
- 15:30h: Departure from Buñol.
-Afternoon: Reserva Natural de las Hoces del Cabriel, Lake of Contreras, on the way back: siesta, bath in the lake or walk, as you want.
-Arrival to Madrid at 21h.

(back trip Madrid-Buñol-Lake-Madrid). To book=to pay: I’ll be on Tuesday at O’Neill’s, Thursdays at Beer Station and Fridays at Cachibola starting at 10pm.
Only 1 bus, once full, all will be sold out.

Después de la tempestad de tomates vendrá la calma, por la tarde, con un bañito y siesta reconstituyentes en el embalse de Contreras (Parque Natural de las Hoces del Cabriel, Cuenca), Río Tajo:

El plan es el siguiente:
-El autobús sale el miércoles a las 3:150am de la plaza de Neptuno. Si vais al intercambio de idiomas de los martes en O’Neill’s, nos vemos allí, el pub está muy cerca.
Salimos muy pronto, pero si lo hacemos más tarde no entramos en el pueblo, va muchísima gente de toda España y del mundo.
-Ya en Buñol, Palo Jabón (una cucaña) y otros entretenimientos previos a la Tomatina.
-11h: la batalla de tomates comienza!
-12h: Nos quitamos el tomate de encima.
-Comemos en el pueblo o compramos comida para llevarla al lago más tarde.
-15:30h: Salida de Buñol.
-Por la tarde: Reserva Natural de las Hoces del Cabriel, de camino a Madrid: siesta, baño en el lago, paseo.
-Llegada a Madrid a las 21h
